For speedy and efficient delivery our orders are dispatched via Post Haste Couriers. All parcels are tracked with signature required on delivery. If no one is at the delivery address during delivery, the Courier will leave a calling card with details for arranging an alternative delivery time.
- Delivery takes about 2-5 business days from date of dispatch.
- Rural deliveries take an additional 1-2 days.
Oversize / Heavy Items
Delivery of larger items (water features, stone pots etc) are contracted to a professional freight carrier . Delivery is usually arranged within seven days but can take up to 2 weeks. Indicative charges incurred are provided below (based on weight or cubic meterage rate).

Click & Collect
We offer a FREE Click and Collect service instore. Simply choose 'Pick Up' at checkout and let us know the day / time you would like to collect your order (min. 12 hours notice required). If you need your order within the same day, please ring 07 878 6622 prior to to ensure your order is ready for collection.

Orders are processed from our Te Kuiti Distribution Centre. We aim to get these away same day or next working day, however, during some periods this may take 1-3 working days. A tracking number for your order will be emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Small Parcel (shoe box up to 5kg) $8.50

All orders are insured until delivered. Once an order has been delivered to the specified address it is considered completed and we will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery. Please inspect your goods prior to signing for the courier and contact us immediately if your parcel arrives damaged.
It is imperative that during the order process the correct delivery address is provided. If incorrect delivery details are entered, re-delivery to the correct address will incur an additional delivery charge. If your order is not delivered within 5 days please contact us to action a track and trace. We will contact the courier company for clarification and provide an updated delivery advice. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.
We are able to assist with packing International orders however please be aware freight costs vary according to size, weight and destination. Any brokerage fees, customs duties or other charges that may be imposed on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
