Angie studied environmental science which perhaps explains her love for preserving flora and fauna in her artworks. Angie is continually inspired by the unique landscape of New Zealand and is constantly pushing boundaries on how she sees life in her new found land. Angie exhibits in a number of galleries around New Zealand and has just relocated to the stunning Victoria Park Market, where she creates her unique and original artwork.

Be Kind Ive heard acts of kindness spread faster than a virus. Whether its someone not saying hello to you in the street or a bad conversation, the aim of this piece is to focus on trying not to take someones challenging situation personally its not your shit, be kind.  The Tui represents the negative chatter that goes on in your head if you think youve done something wrong, the rose with thorns to represent the hurt. The phone is the interaction between you and the person and the wise owl (Morepork) to remind us to Be Kind.
